Shift: Day Shift.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Any degree related to HR is preferable
Eligibility : - Only Female candidates can apply with 0 - 2 years experience. Freshers are also eligible.

Job Description
Manage end to end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of offer letter.
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, Incentives, health and medical insurance.
Managing workplace safety issues.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee.
Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of ERP software.
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
What we are looking for?
Excellent communication - oral and written.
Looking for a smart experienced candidate for HR Recruitment/ Operations.
Able to close the positions on time.
